Its method initiates the spine to move in 6 dimensions, inherent in the natural movement of the human body, as well as the fluidity of each movement, synchronised with the harmony of your breathing pattern.Combined with different methods of training received, Fanny was able to blend in different techniques to enhance the marriage of flexibility, range of motion, and core strengthening. Your mind will be rejuvenated. Your body will achieve better balance and coordination when faced with physical challenges.

About Fanny...

Fanny used to work in the advertising industry before she noticed that her heavy workload was having a negative impact on her health. Fanny turned to sports to exhale from the pressure- cooking environment.
Fanny is a hardcore athlete engaging in sporting activities such as running, wakeboarding, golfing and skiing. She sustained different levels of injuries and often suffered from ankle, knee and hip joint pain. To relieve the pain and to continue with her passion for sports, she quit her job and started studying Pilates in California. One year later, she pursued further studies in related areas, Gyrotonic exercise in Korea and Gyrokinesis exercise in Hong Kong.
Fanny suffered from a serious ski accident and injured her left hip joint four years ago. She eventually found the miracle cure for the excruci-ating pain. By doing Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis exercise, and other exercises regularly, not only did she experience greater flexibility and a wider range of motion, she felt stronger than before. The time spent on strengthening the weak areas paid off; Fanny reckons everyone could become happier, healthier & stronger as long as they keep moving. Fanny cannot wait to share her rewards with the world, "Let's keep moving together!" is her motto.

Fanny is passionate about helping others to build a good foundation and strong core physically to prevent potential injuries. She believes that the more a person is aware of their body condition, the easier it is to achieve better results and satisfaction in participating in any type of sports. Fanny trusts that the more the muscles move in different dimensions, the more benefits the whole body system would gain.
